THE BEST SHREDDED CHICKEN
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 10 1/2 hours.
- To shred chicken, remove from crock pot and use 2 forks to pull apart.
- Very easy!
- Put shredded chicken back in sauce to keep moist.
- Serve burrito style or over rice

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbs chicken breasts
- 1(16 ounce) jar 505 medium hot salsa (or other brand if your store doesn't carry 505)
- 2serrano peppers, chopped
- 6garlic cloves, pressed
- 1packet McCormick taco seasoning
used green peppers in place of serrano. Colleagues saw this in the printer and everyone took a copy home - they won't be disappointed. Super easy with nearly no prep time at all. Also had half an onion that went in with a little lime juice too.

Serrano peppers aren't always easy to find here so I used half a large red bell pepper instead. I'll be trying this again with serrano peppers when I find them. Wonderful recipe
